-Todd the ferret is thought by many to be a savant.  He is a veritable encyclopedia of trivial information and geek knowledge, but is interested in little else.  However, he has been known to do a little dance now and then.  Todd has a speech impediment (peach n' peppermint) that the other pawpets just so happen to find adorable, and his colorful beanie hat, complete with a propeller, makes him feel special.  For some reason, the ladies love it too. He also has a rather weird birth defect: his right eye sits in the middle of his head (see [[episodes:episode_318|Episode 318]]) which caused him to be called "Flounder".
