Also known as the Grim Reaper, Satan's right hand man, death incarnate, “Demon of the Dance,” or whatever he likes to call himself. In any case, he's a huge fan of the Pawpet Show, and takes a break from his eternally busy schedule during the Halloween season to replace Mutt Barker as Master of Ceremonies. Scream Guy is also in charge of the Easter “Chocolate Bunny Death” contest. His suave Elvis accent almost makes up for his horrible “death breath.”
